She has completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Masters of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFIM) from a prestigious university. Apart from this, she holds a Certification in Global Career Counselling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension).

Sonika has around 11 years of working experience in top-notch organisations like Vibgyor, Indira, Global Indian International School and The Orchid School, Pune. She caught up her interest in career counselling while working for the educational choices and pathways for children and their friends. As someone who cares deeply about education and career guidance, she has been actively mentoring students and parents for the past few years. Her timely guidance and empathetic counselling helped several students and parents to solve their dilemmas. Seeing her clients lead a determined path towards their career motivates Sonika to do a lot in the field of career counselling. She says, I always keep myself well informed about various fields, scenarios and educational institutes in India and abroad as well.
